JISC Meeting Minutes
April 23, 2012
The meeting was called to order at 11:40 a.m. Attendance was taken and Michael had an excused absence. The minutes were read and approved. The treasurer‘s report was not read.
Old Business
Cards for Soldiers project is coming along steadily. Some of the classrooms have not had much time to make cards yet.
New Business
This year we will have a guessing game with jelly beans. Every student will get 1 free guess. After their free guess every guess will cost $0.25. Each classroom will have a winner. They must be the closest guess without going over.
Elections for next year’s student council are coming up. Please think about running again for student council. Ask Mrs. Lynch or your teacher for a sheet.
The next meeting will be May 7th. A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 12:07 p.m.
